These are flat wicks made of natural wood, used as an alternative to the traditional cotton wick. When burning, they release a soft, crackling sound, providing a unique sensory experience and a peaceful flame.
Our soy wax candles are scented with sophisticated, phthalate-free fragrances. Our beeswax candles don't contain any added fragrances—they release a natural, subtle scent with sweet notes from the wax itself. An ideal option for those who prefer light, natural scents.

How long does a Candlys diffuser last?
Our aroma diffusers last over a year, even with the practice of rotating the reeds every two days. They're designed to provide a continuous, elegant, and long-lasting aromatic presence.
Yes! We have a section dedicated to Personalized Offers, ideal for companies, weddings, or special events.

Yes. They must be used with burners designed for aromatic waxes (without adding water).
Ingredients, Sustainability & Reuse
Once you've finished your fragrance, you can reuse the bottle as a vase, a decorative piece, or simply refill it with the same scent.
If you want to try a new fragrance, we recommend washing the inside of the bottle thoroughly and drying it before reusing it — to avoid unwanted scent mixes.

Yes. We prioritize recyclable or reusable materials—including cups, kraft boxes, and interior liners.
Soy wax ones, yes. Beeswax ones aren't vegan, but they are 100% natural and ethical.
It can be used as a lantern, pencil holder, vase or decorative piece — just remove the wax residue.
It's also perfect for receiving our refills, transforming into a new Candlys candle or a tea light base.

Paraffin wax is derived from petroleum and releases toxic compounds. We prefer clean, plant-based waxes that protect the air and our health.
Yes. We use exclusively natural, plant-based waxes, such as soybean or beeswax. We say NO to paraffin and toxic ingredients.
Shipping & Deliveries
Yes. We ship to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.
Typically 2 to 5 business days (Mainland Portugal). Autonomous regions may take slightly longer.
